On the bank holiday weekend of the 27th and 28th of May, we will be hosting The Hut's 10th Birthday.
It will be an action packed party full of live acts and DJ's that are travelling from near and far to make this a once in a decade event!
Exton Park Sparking will be served on arrival, Côtes de Provence Rosé is included throughout the meal. Our feasting menu* includes starters for the table, followed by lobster for the full Hut experience.~

Cancellation Policy
All tickets for this event are non-refundable.
If you cannot attend your booking, the reservation can be transferred to into another name/party at no extra cost with no less than 7 days’ notice by calling us on 01983 898637.
Party Schedule
On arrival, all guests will be issued with a party wristband. This will allow you to come in and out of the venue for the duration of your chosen timeslot. We request all guests queue along the seawall allowing space for non-patrons to pass.
Due to the nature of the event, we respectfully request all guests to begin vacating the premises once the party ends. This is to allow our team to reset for either the evening event or the following day set up.
Drinks & Food*
A cash bar will run for any drinks ordered beyond the included sparking wine and Rosé. If you have any dietary requirements please email reservations@thehutcolwell.co.uk to inform us. A limited number of alternative dishes will be available on the day for anyone who hasn't let us know in advanced.
Getting to us…
For those joining us by boat, we request you anchor in the bay in good time. The tender operators will see you arriving so no need to call in. We expect a high volume of boats, so we respectfully request your party are ready to disembark and of course your patience is much appreciated.
Please note that the last tender will run at 21:30hrs, if you want to depart after this time, please leave your boat in Yarmouth harbour.
If you are mooring in Yarmouth, coming via Wightlink Ferry or require collection from Yarmouth, our HUT TRUCK will be operating a shuttle service from outside the Harbour Masters Office. Please let us know if you require this service by calling 01983898637.
Despite holding card details, over 50% of bookings that were made in the first quarter of 2022 cancelled within 48 hours or didn't show up on the day. This equates to over 50,000 covers that could have otherwise been offered to the many reservation requests that we are unable to accommodate each year.
We fully understand that people have good reasons to cancel, and we
know that this is a normal and expected part of running The Hut, or any
restaurant. However, it is clear that a large number of individuals and
organisations are block booking tables in order to secure availability
with little intention to join us on the day.
Not only does this have a huge impact on our business, affecting
everyone across the team, it massively reduces our availability meaning
that well-intentioned guests that actually aim to join us are not able
to secure a reservation.
We have therefore taken the decision to charge for a small deposit for groups of six and over on our busiest days (which are fully refundable up to 48 hours prior to your booking time for tables under 10, and amendable for tables of 10 over should you need to move or cancel your booking). For guests that join us, the total of the
deposit will be will be redeemed against the final bill as standard, or
can be refunded to the original card on request.

Weather Dependent Tables
In the event of poor weather, all weather dependent tables will be offered to join us for HUT FEAST, EXTON PARK ARRIVAL, SAINT ESPRIT ROSE, ENTERTAINMENT (limited) on our Roof Deck at the reduced rate of £150pp or a FULL REFUND. A decision to cancel these tables will be made 48 hours in advance of the day via email.
